Applied Meteorologist / Data Analyst
We are looking to grow our analytics team and seek an entrepreneurial, talented and dedicated meteorologist to work on a range of cutting-edge commercial product development projects.

Besides outstanding technical qualifications and experience, candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to turn scientific insight into commercial solutions to real-world problems. In return we offer the chance to work on a broad range of fast-moving and intellectually stimulating projects with the opportunity to travel overseas.
You will take a leading role in sourcing weather and climate data, running weather models, producing and verifying weather forecasts and analysing data. Applicants must have:
- Postgraduate degree in meteorology, climate science, oceanography or related field
- Good working knowledge of statistics
- Strong programming skills (preferably in Python)
- A creative mindset and a professional manner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and find innovative solutions to technical development challenges
Experience of working in a commercial or operational environment would be highly desirable.
